OTG Express Delivery offers professional courier and delivery services, including same-day and scheduled deliveries.

Service Limitations

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
  • Service may be affected by traffic, weather, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Properly package and label items.
  • Provide accurate delivery addresses and contact info.
  • OTG Express Delivery is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete info.

Liability

  • We make reasonable efforts to handle items safely.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once items are in transit unless prior written insurance coverage is arranged.
  • Liability shall not exceed the value of the delivery fee paid unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, special handling, waiting times, or cancellations.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel at least  2 hours before pickup to avoid fees.
  • Refunds are at OTG Express Delivery’s discretion and do not apply if service has already started.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Missouri law.
