Payment Information

Terms of Service
Services
OTG Express Delivery provides courier, same-day, scheduled delivery, and related concierge and support services.
Service availability, pricing, mileage, and applicable fees are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Booking & Payment
Payment for the selected delivery service is required at the time of booking unless OTG Express Delivery has agreed to different payment arrangements in writing.
The price paid at booking covers the service and mileage based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply when additional mileage, stops, wait time, heavy or oversized items, after-hours service, or other services are requested or required after booking.
Applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer and may be invoiced separately.
Service Area & Mileage
OTG Express Delivery generally serves customers within a 25-mile one-way service radius.
Standard same-day delivery starts at $35 and includes the first 10 miles from the pickup location. Additional mileage beyond the included 10 miles is $2 per mile, unless otherwise quoted.
Deliveries beyond 25 miles one way may be accepted at OTG Express Delivery’s discretion and may require a custom quote.
Mileage is calculated using the most direct reasonable route. Additional stops, detours, or changes to the requested route may result in additional charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
● Providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses;
● Providing accurate contact and recipient information;
● Properly packaging and securing items;
● Making items available at the scheduled pickup time; and
● Ensuring that items are legal to possess and transport.
OTG Express Delivery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information, unavailable recipients, inaccessible locations, improper packaging, or circumstances caused by the customer or recipient.
Prohibited Items
Customers may not use OTG Express Delivery to transport illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited items.
OTG Express Delivery reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when an item or request presents a legal, safety, or operational concern.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, vehicle issues, pickup or recipient delays, and other circumstances beyond OTG Express Delivery’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete deliveries within the estimated delivery window.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because OTG Express Delivery reserves time and resources for scheduled services, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation 3 or more hours before pickup: Customers may cancel and receive a refund for the canceled service, subject to any applicable non-refundable third-party transaction costs.
Cancellation less than 3 hours before pickup: A $25 cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
Driver already dispatched or en route: The applicable delivery or service fee may be charged because OTG Express Delivery has already committed time and resources to the booking.
Driver has arrived: The full applicable delivery/service fee may be charged if the customer cancels, the item is unavailable, the location is inaccessible, or the delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer or recipient.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional charges if the new request changes the mileage, service time, or other requirements.

Loss, Damage & Liability
OTG Express Delivery will use reasonable care when handling items accepted for delivery. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and protecting items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTG Express Delivery’s liability for a qualifying claim arising from a delivery will not exceed the amount of the delivery/service fee actually paid for that specific delivery, unless otherwise agreed to in writing before pickup.
OTG Express Delivery is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by improper packaging, inaccurate information, or customer instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to Services or Terms
OTG Express Delivery reserves the right to update its services, pricing, policies, and these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the OTG Express Delivery website, submitting a service request, completing a booking, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Privacy Policy and Terms of Service provisions.
