With our tracking system, you can:
- See your delivery’s exact location at any time, from pickup to final drop-off.
- Receive instant notifications when your package is picked up, in transit, or delivered.
- Plan your schedule efficiently because you know when your delivery will arrive.
- Have peace of mind knowing your package is being monitored by our reliable team.
- Stay informed without calling — all updates are delivered straight to your phone or email.
“Service Fees” or “Additional Fees.”

Weekend, Holiday and After-hour services that fall outside of normal business hours are subject to additional “Fees”.
*Regular Business Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm*
- Holiday / Late Night / Weekend Service - Additional $40 extra + Base Rate/ Mileage.
- Service outside of normal Business hours - (Between 7- 9:00 AM or after 5 - 7:00 PM) + $25 extra
- Oversized/Heavy Item (weight over 15lbs.extra $15 per item, if exceed 30lbs each) custom rate may be considered
- Additional Stops: “Base delivery includes 1 stop. Each extra stop along the same route/ direction $15 extra” (depending on distance and handling)
- Monthly packages renew each billing cycle. Unused deliveries or concierge service credits do not carry over and will expire at the end of each month.
Service Area & Surcharges:
- Service Radius: Up to 25 miles one-way. Longer distances are limited and subject to driver approval and will be billed at extended-distance rates.
- Standard Delivery (Base Fee) $35, Includes up to the first 10 miles from the customers pickup location. Additional miles beyond 10 miles are billed at $2.00 per mile depending on service.
- Rural / Long-Distance Deliveries: (Deliveries beyond 25 miles one-way –may not be accepted and or will be at the driver’s discretion.
- Wait Time - The first 10 minutes are free. Additional time is billed at $1 per minute.
- “We calculate mileage using the most direct route to ensure fair and accurate delivery pricing. Any requested detours may result in additional charges.”
Note: Mileage charges apply after your 10 free miles. Mileage is then calculated from the client’s pickup address to the delivery destination for transparency and consistent pricing.
